স্মৃতি কলম এ পোস্ট করা কোনও সংস্থা / এজেন্সি / এজেন্টের সাথে সম্পর্কিত নই, এই ওয়েবসাইট অথবা ব্লগে বিভিন্ন ধরনের লেখা গল্প কবিতা নাটক প্রভৃতি প্রকাশিত করা হয়েছে এবং ভবিষ্যতে প্রকাশ করা হবে। সমস্ত লোগো নিজস্ব অথবা অনলাইন থেকে নিয়ে এডিট করা, যদি এই লোগোগুলি কোনো খারাপ কাজের জন্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে বলে মনে হয় তাহলে এই লোগোর মালিকগণ যোগাযোগ করবেন সেগুলো রিমুভ করে দেওয়া হবে। এই ব্লগে লেখাগুলি কোনোরকম অসন্তোষ স্মৃষ্টি করবে না আশা রাখা যায় । তবুও ব্যবহারকারীরা দয়া করে নিজেদের দায়িত্বে লেখাগুলি পড়বেন। স্মৃতি কলম কোনও সন্তোষজনক প্রতিক্রিয়া বা কোনও প্রতিক্রিয়া হবে এমন কোনও গ্যারান্টি বা ওয়্যারেন্টি দেয় না ।
